Traditional IT systems and networks are normally based on static configurations. This is no longer adequate in times of targeted and persistent attacks (so-called Advanced Persistent Threats). Moving Target Defence offers greater cybersecurity by dynamically reconfiguring the attack surface and thus reducing static vulnerabilities.
