Physical activity is one of the most basic humanfunctions and essential for physical and mental health andhas major beneficial effect on chronic diseases such asheart disease, stroke, etc. Awareness of this condition hasbeen one of the focuses for researching over recent years.One common way for making this awareness is monitoringthe number of steps taken by a person and comparing itwith the minimum amount of steps s/he needs. In thispaper we suggest that instead of this, heartbeat can bemonitored to aware physical activity. «
