Abstract:
In this paper a method is described to analyse data and information flows in product development processes. It combines two perspectives (BOTTOM UP and TOP DOWN) and three analysing methods (BPMN, coordination and graph theory). Detailed processes and interdependencies are illustrated, networks formed, process parameters defined and evaluation and interpretation potentials described.
