Summary form only given. X-ray microbeam radiation therapy (MRT) is a preclinical approach for tumor treatment based on spatial dose redistribution. In-vitro and in-vivo studies suggest higher tumor control and less normal tissue complications compared to conventional radiotherapy [1].
