Abstract:
The purpose of this short note is to “lift a class of nonsmooth dynamical systems to the level of a Hilbert space, but to focus to linear input/output systems” (from the abstract). The author provides an existence result based on maximal monotone operator theory and studies the stability of the solution set of linear differential variational inequalities.
