Abstract:
Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) like GPS or Galileo have entered the market and daily life. Since GNSS are in principle line-of-sight system they work best in open sky environments. When the user enters a building, the line of sight is often blocked and the signals are strongly attenuated, subject to multipath effects or even totally blocked.
